Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and D.C.), New Zealand and Australia (excluding the Australian Capital Territory) who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) when they enter. Employees, contractors and affiliates of Morning Made Limited (the "Promoter") and its associated companies, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in running this giveaway cannot enter. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Promoter
The Promoter is Morning Made Limited (NZ company number 8196969, NZBN 9429049415919), 4/1 Kenwyn Street, Parnell, Auckland 1052, New Zealand, hi@morningmade.com.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens at 12:00am NZDT on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on 29 October 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. All times are New Zealand Daylight Time. For reference, 11:59pm NZDT on 29 October is 9:59pm AEDT on 29 October, 6:59am ET on 29 October and 3:59am PT on 29 October.
4. How to Enter
To enter, you must do both of the following during the Promotion Period:
- Follow @drinkmorningmade on Instagram, and stay following until the winner is confirmed.
- Complete the online entry form on the Morning Made website with your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, country of residence (and state, for Australian entrants) and Instagram handle. On the form you must subscribe to the Morning Made email newsletter, confirm you meet the minimum age requirement, and confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You only need to meet both requirements once. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter after entering, your entry still stands.
Each person can enter once. Duplicate entries, and entries made through automated means or with multiple or fake email addresses or Instagram accounts, will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying something does not improve your chances of winning.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize, open to entrants from all eligible countries. The winner will receive one (1) Apple iPhone Duo (256GB, unlocked), supplied in the local model for their country of residence. The colour is the winner's choice, subject to availability.
Approximate retail value (Apple RRP as of 24 September 2026):
- United States: US$1,999
- Australia: A$3,499 (incl. GST)
- New Zealand: NZ$4,199 (incl. GST)
The total prize pool is one prize with a maximum value of NZ$4,199 (A$3,499 for Australian winners, US$1,999 for US winners). The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize includes the manufacturer's warranty only. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is not affiliated with it in any way.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 12:00pm NZDT on 30 October 2026 at 4/1 Kenwyn Street, Parnell, Auckland 1052, New Zealand, using a verified random selection tool. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
The winner will be contacted by email, and may also be contacted by SMS or by Instagram direct message from the official @drinkmorningmade account, within 2 business days of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must reply within 14 days. They must also provide proof of age, identity and residency and a delivery address, and may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and a release.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, or the winner is found to be ineligible, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm NZDT on 20 November 2026 at the same location. Any new winner will be notified in the same way.
The winner's first name, last initial and state or country will be published on the @drinkmorningmade Instagram account within 30 days of the draw. Morning Made will never ask you to pay a fee, give banking details or click an external link to claim a prize. Any message that does so is a scam.
8. Delivery and Taxes
The prize will be delivered free of charge to an address in the winner's country of residence within 30 days of the claim being verified. The winner is responsible for any taxes that apply to the prize. A US winner may need to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and will receive an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
9. Instagram
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta, and is not associated with them in any way. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from all liability connected with this promotion. Any information you provide goes to the Promoter, not to Instagram.
10. Privacy and Marketing
By entering, you agree to join the Morning Made email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you provide your mobile number, we may use it to contact you about this giveaway. We will only send you SMS marketing if you separately opt in on the entry form. Opting in to SMS is optional and does not affect your entry or chances of winning. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We collect your personal information to run this giveaway and to send you our newsletter. It is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website, and we will not sell it to third parties. Your information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States, by our service providers. You can ask to access or correct your information at any time by contacting hi@morningmade.com.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter is not responsible for technical problems, lost or late entries, or failures of the Instagram platform. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms. If the promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or other circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify it, subject to applicable law. The Promoter's decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from taking part in this promotion or using the prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections under the laws of the entrant's own country or state. (edited)
