Ingredients
- For the Latte:
- 1/2 tbsp Morning Made Vanilla Matcha Blend Powder
- 45ml cold water
- 1–2 tsp salted vanilla syrup
- Ice
- Full cream milk
- Sweet Maple Cold Foam:
- 2 tbsp thickened cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Prepare matcha. Whisk vanilla matcha blend powder with cold water until smooth and frothy.
- Assemble latte. Fill a glass with ice, add salted vanilla syrup and full cream milk. Pour over the matcha mixture.
- Make cold foam. Froth thickened cream, milk, and maple syrup until thick and creamy.
- Finish. Spoon cold foam over the latte and serve immediately.
