Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 60ml warm water
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 scoop matcha protein powder
- 250ml milk of choice
- Ice
Method
- Make the Matcha. Add matcha powder to a bowl or cup, pour over hot water and whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Mix the Base. Fill a glass with collagen and protein powder, add milk and whisk until smooth.
- Assemble. Add ice to the glass.
- Layer. Pour the prepared matcha over the top and stir gently to combine.
- Serve. Enjoy immediately.
