Ingredients
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 60ml warm water
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 scoop matcha protein powder
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • Ice
Method
  1. Make the Matcha. Add matcha powder to a bowl or cup, pour over hot water and whisk until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Mix the Base. Fill a glass with collagen and protein powder, add milk and whisk until smooth.
  3. Assemble. Add ice to the glass.
  4. Layer. Pour the prepared matcha over the top and stir gently to combine.
  5. Serve. Enjoy immediately.
